Teenage Sex 00:39
Teenage sex, intense suffering I thought that you'd always love me Well I'm not mad at anyone Only at myself because I'm too jealous My brain's natural functions feel really jammed All numbed up in the frying pan Teenage sex
4.
How do I tell you How do I see it through I just run around now Thinking of French films now Running through my head Feeling close behind A still of Hanns Zischler from "Kings of the Road" My tape machine is broke And they all have a smoke On the moon, there is no room
5.
Journey to the end of the year Playing solitaire, never drinking beer Solitaire lucky grin Solitaire lucky grin She puts on her lucky grin I put on my lucky grin Then the players drink their gin Solitaire lucky grin I put on my lucky grin They put on a lucky grin I put on my lucky grin They put on a lucky grin After all the games I play I sing a sweet little serenade Then we'll drink fresh lemonade Then we'll listen to music that we made Put on a solitaire lucky grin I put on a solitaire lucky grin Solitaire lucky grin Solitaire lucky grin

D is Flying 02:35
D is flying now In nonsense verse right now Walks in a drunken stupor, In the spaceship it's super Hard work gets you down Hard work gets around Doesn't take off your crown

Air conditioner in the windowsill The summertime notebooks never speak of the heat With the pigs around town, I've seen little of rock mounds Fast food and the dreary days, finding fun in different ways We'll see the mainstream politics And know it's just a bunch of tricks If you know history, you'll know it's a brutal story It's all business and no play, a full-frontal decay They say it's too extreme to fight a brutality I saw fields of hay while driving through the gray Feels like another planet, without any sanitation But if there's no presentation, keep driving away We'll make it there one day, we'll make it there one day
8.
I stared at that picture of you in my head Been away so long, feels like you've been dead I know we're different, but I love you anyway Do whatever you want, just please don't go away Please don't abandon me, please don't Can't you see It almost strangles me to the ground I still see you all around my town And if there's something I can do for you Give me a minute, I'll be there in a few
9.
A new kind of dreary lonely They walk the halls with dreary lonely I know life is more than love and a couple of sores You are all I know and I've got nothing to show Light bounces around the fountain Where people get drunk and I dance with a mountain And all I know is that I don't know They all get wasted and I don't go to the show And we kiss like a group of tigers hiss
10.
Listen to the sound reverbing all around I touch the ground, now I'm sideways bound Is it over, are you just beginning? I scream backwards and you swam forwards Through the muddy waters, climbing while it gets hotter Is it over, are you just beginning?
11.
Running down the street I saw another person's feet They said "Hello, take a seat." And so I took a seat And I sat down and I looked down And there was no floor to be found So I so I so I so I sat there all day In newspaper headlines, talking about crimes I ran down the street, saw another person's feet They said "Hello, take a seat." And so I took a seat And I sat down and I looked down And there was no floor to be found So I so I so I so I sat there all day I sat there all day

14 luscious days 15 waking hours 16 dinner tables 16 dinner fables And I'm full of trashcan amusement And I don't find it amusing And the clocks start abusing And I feel like I'm getting old fast And has my love life come to a past The sailing rainy ships look like relationships 17 birthdays later 17 birthdays fading And I'm full of trashcan amusement And I don't find it amusing And I'm in love, and it's all gone The 16 dinner tables that I never pulled a chair towards And I think about amusement When I'm trashcan amusement

Sore dependence, next step is independence Cassette finance, and the crime of romance We know where to go, the habitat of the crow Lemonade surprise under the double sunshine Savage cities aren't always so pretty Look in the window, a fury of walls When you left town, they looked for you all around Then they heard the great sound in a place they found
14.
Snow Tails 00:48
Snow tails, snow tails Coming down, all around In the winter of our discontent We'll sing a song of absurdity Weatherman singing the blues Fireman buying shoes Trashcan holding used paper tissues Snow tails, snow tails, snow tails, snow tails Coming down, all around, down, all around

STALK: I should've known the places we will go But I didn't know what to do I was just following you I don't know what to do, I was just following you CANADIAN BORDER: I knew a man who had the whole world in his hands They were dark and very dusty He ran a hundred miles south of the Canadian border No one knows why, he just ran And the whole world ran with him 'Cause he had the whole world in his hands He was the king of the world, the king of the mountains The king of the sea, the king of it all UNTITLED: I came across the dream you were screaming about

After Party 00:38
Well come on down, the rain has stopped Well come on down, everyone's gone

about

recorded using an old single-track tape recorder, a dp-006, and Audacity.
album cover is a cropped still from Werner Herzog's Stroszek (1977)

On October 26th, 2019, I remastered 10 of the 16 tracks, aka I normalized them in Audacity as the vocals were too quiet or something related. Some of them remain unchanged as they sounded better originally (6, 7, 9, 12, 13, 15).

PG - vocals, guitars
